Single Blue Vinyl Clevis Hook Trailer Safety Cable 42 inches 25,000lb by Demco

This is a 42 inch extra heavy-duty 25k blue vinyl wrapped trailer safety cable by Demco, rated with a weight capacity of 25,000 lbs. Each Cable is sold individually, and features a clevis hook on one end and an open loop on the other, allowing for easy attachment to your trailer and truck. The Blue Vinyl Coating helps to protect the metal cable from corrosion, while the cable is self-coiling to prevent dragging. The cable extends to 42 inches in full length. Trailer Safety Cables are a requirement for Safe Towing Practices.  If your Trailer and Tow Vehicle are to become disconnected at any point while towing, the Safety Cables act as a temporary backup that will allow you to keep some control over the trailer, allowing you to guide it safely off the road and bring it to a stop.
