Sturdy Built's Return Policy
Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:
- Items marked "non-returnable"
- Items not in resalable condition (Items must be in new or unused condition)
If Sturdy Built or Manufacturer is at fault we will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us via email at: [email protected] with your order number(s) and the products you wish to return.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States
At this time, we ship directly only to addresses within the contiguous United States. For orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations, you must provide a valid shipping address within the contiguous U.S., such as a freight-forwarding address.
Once your order is delivered to that address, you are responsible for arranging shipment to its final destination.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, must be a physical address.
