This zinc-plated 3500 lb boat trailer winch by Dutton-Lainson is an ideal marine-ready replacement boat winch! Do you have a rusted-out drum or difficulty cranking the old winch on your boat trailer? This standard hand winch could be the perfect solution, as Dutton-Lainson's Tuffplate zinc finish has 3 times the corrosion resistance of a standard zinc plating. This hand crank winch is proudly made in the USA, giving you a sturdy and reliable product for your boat trailer or personal watercraft trailer. This 2 speed winch comes complete with a 9 1/2" quick action winch handle with a molded ergonomic grip for easy and comfortable operation. With this detachable handle, you can quickly change from one gear ratio to the next easily, depending upon the situation. Dutton-Lainson's products are used and trusted by some of the top trailer manufacturers, including EZ Loader, Magic Tilt, and Continental Trailers.

The Dutton-Lainson DL3500B winch is constructed for increased durability and ease of use, with laminated high carbon steel gears and permanently lubricated bearings to increase your winch's longevity and decrease maintenance. The ability to freewheel operate this winch allows for easier loading and unloading of your boat onto the trailer, and the reversible ratchet allows you to crank your winch cable in either direction. If you need to replace your complete winch assembly, you will also need a 4,000 lb Winch Cable, and two Stainless Steel Winch Mount Bolts to secure your new winch to your boat trailer winch seat. You could also outfit this winch with a 3-inch wide by 25 foot long winch strap, such as the one seen in our pre-assembled Dutton-Lainson 3500B Winch with Strap. This Trailer Winch size would typically be used for Boats up to 28ft in length, depending on the weight of the boat.
