Description

This is the standard size for a 10 inch Boat Trailer Keel Roller, typically made of black rubber, but this roller is made of a Blue PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material that will not dry rot in the sun like rubber and won't mark your boat like the black rollers do. The Center Bore has 2 bushings in it which have a center diameter of 5/8, so you would need to use 5/8 Diameter Boat Trailer Roller Shafts with this roller. This Roller is Reinforced by an Aluminum Core which will not rust or corrode and helps the roller to spin on the Roller Shaft, further assisting in Loading and Unloading the Boat to the trailer.

A Boat Trailer May have Multiple Keel Rollers along the Center Line of the boat, or it may just have one on the backmost crossmember, the one that the boat encounters first while loading, or last while unloading. You can add End Caps to each 10 inch Keel Roller in order to give it a more finished, sleek look, and also to help protect your boat hulls against accidentally contacting the Roller Bracket Arms and damaging the Gel Coat. The end caps that fit this 10 inch Keel Roller is the Matching Blue 3.5" PolyVinyl Roller End Cap, found here. Remember that if you're adding End Caps to your Rollers you would need a longer Roller Shaft to accommodate the extra parts. The Diameter of the ends of this Keel Roller is 3.5", so it will match the 3.5" end caps.
