Description

This drive-in 1/2 inch stud is zinc plated and ready to install on your trailer's hubs or brake drums. The 2 inch overall stud length has a threaded length of about 1.30-inches making it a perfect replacement for idler hubs, brake drums, and integral disc brake rotors. The zinc-plated coating makes it a great option for boat trailers in particular, but it is a common replacement for any trailer with 5 - 8 lug bolt patterns and 1/2 inch studs. The stud is installed by hammering in the replacement stud in your hub's empty lug spot, and then torquing down the stud to your hub face with a wrench to fully seat the stud allowing you to safely remount your trailer wheel. This wheel stud is the perfect replacement if you have a trailer hub with missing or broken studs, allowing you to safely reattach your trailer tires and wheels and get back on the road!
