Sturdy Built Trailers Brake Caliper Replacement Brake Hose Inlet Fitting

This is a forged brass replacement brake hose inlet fitting for Sturdy Built Trailer Parts brand disc brake calipers. The forged brass fitting is stronger than most standard brass inlet fittings, and allows slightly longer amount of thread engagement with the brake hose- which results in a stronger attachment of the brake hose to the caliper.  This fittings thread size (the part that threads into the caliper) is 1/8" NPT, and the open side is 3/16" Female Inverted Flare, which is the standard size for most trailer brake line hose fittings.  In addition to fitting Sturdy Built brand calipers, it can also fit other brands such as:  Kodiak, DeeMaxx, and Hydrastar disc brake calipers.
