This 35 ft Boat Trailer Wiring harness by Wesbar will replace your old or worn out trailer wiring with new, high quality 16 gauge wires. This Product uses a Standard 5 Flat Trailer Connector, which has an additional wire compared to the usual 4 Pin Connectors seen on most utility trailers. The additional wire in this case is the blue wire, and this new connection is used to send power to your Trailer's Electric Backing Solenoid, which is a powered valve that allows you to reverse your trailer without activating its Hydraulic Disc Brakes.

This Harness uses color coded wires to send power to your trailer's lights and brake functions. The Colors are the same White, Green, Yellow, Brown, and Blue wires that all trailer harnesses use. The Functions of these wires are as follows: White (Ground Wire), Green (Right Turn), Yellow (Left Turn), and the Brown Wires Operate the Left and Right Side Running Lights. The Blue wire runs to your Reverse Lockout Solenoid when operating disc brakes.

Each wire is 35 ft long, except for the White Ground Wire and Blue Brake Wire, which are about 5 ft long each, and are designed to mount on the trailer tongue and reverse solenoid, closer to the tow vehicle end of the trailer.
