This unitized trailer oil seal is sized to fit a selection of heavy-duty 10,000 to 15,000 lb capacity trailer axle hubs by Dexter and Hayes. The oil seal has an inner diameter of 3.125 inches and an outer diameter of 4.500 inches, designed to fit into select heavy-duty 8 lug trailer hubs. You will need to double-check your hub's current seal and hub size to ensure the replacement you are purchasing will fit correctly. This seal has a unitized design, meaning that the seal has two independent moving pieces of the seal; the outer part that stays fixed onto the hub itself, and the inner part of the seal that stays fixed to the spindle and rotates.
