This Unitized Oil Seal is used on heavy-duty #99 spindles and installs into 9,000 - 10,000 lb hubs by Alko, Hayes, Rockwell, and more. The oil seal has an inner diameter of 2.750 inches and an outer dimension of 3.784", which will fit some Rockwell and Hayes 9k and 10k capacity hubs, but you will want to double-check seal numbers and measurements to be certain that you are purchasing the correct replacement seal. Unitized oil seals function by having two pieces of the seal functioning independently, with the inner portion staying fixed to the spindle allowing the outer portion to attach to the hub and rotate independently.
