This 1/4 inch trailer safety chain has a length of 30 inches and includes a Clevis Hook for attaching your large double or triple axle trailer to your truck's tow hitch. The Hook has a Spring Loaded Clasp for an extra secure operation. The safety chain has a 7,800 lb minimum breaking strength rating and a chain thickness of 1/4 inches. The hook-less link portion of the chain is either bolted or welded directly to the trailer, and the clevis hook will securely attach to your truck's tow hitch.
