This premium 5 bolt 3,500 lb trailer hub only is made of all stainless steel and is the top line hub that we carry for 3,500 lb boat trailer axles. This listing is for the stainless hub ONLY, if you need a 3,500 lb bearing kit and any other accessories to install onto your axle you will need to add them on in the "Complete Your Project" section above, or purchase them separately. This high-quality hub fits most 3,500 lb trailer axles and accommodates bearings sized to fit tapered spindles measuring 1 3/8 inch by 1 1/16 inch with an inner seal diameter of 1.72 inches. You will generally see wheels sized 13 to 15 inches with this type of hub and sometimes with a slip-on disc brake system as well. This is the same hub that we carry in our 3,500 lb 5 Lub Stainless Steel Trailer Hub Kit with Bearings.

These hubs accommodate the standard 1.98 size dust caps that you would see on 5 lug 2000-3500 lb hubs. If you have an EZ lube or Accu-lube greasable zerk fitting on your spindle you would want to consider using a 1.98 Stainless Steel Accu-Lube Dust Cap, otherwise, you would likely want to use a 1.980 Stainless Steel Bearing Buddy for 4 Bolt and 5 Bolt Trailer Hubs. If you are having difficulties getting your dust caps to seat properly, you will also want to consider using one of our 1.98 Dust Cap Installation Tools, as they can make the installation process much easier and more straightforward. The stainless steel construction of the hub makes is completely resistant to rust, so it is a great option for boat trailers, jet ski trailers, or snow mobile trailers that are in harsh, salty, corrosive environments. Keep in mind that this is just for the stainless trailer hub only, so if you need bearings and seals you will need to add them on above, or purchase the bearing kit separately here.
