This galvanized trailer hub fits most 5,200 lb - 6,000 lb trailer axles with tapered spindles that fit 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" bearing combinations. This listing is for the galvanized hub ONLY if you need new bearings and seals as well you can add on the bearing kit in the "Complete Your Project" section above or purchase them directly here. The hot-dipped galvanized coating on this hub makes it a great choice for boat trailers or jet ski trailers that are used in saltwater or freshwater environments, but it can be used on utility trailers and other land trailers as well. These are the same hubs we sell in our full Galvanized 6 Lug 5,200-6,000 lb Hub Kit with Bearings. This hub is commonly seen on trailer wheels that are 14 - 16 inches, and the 6 lug on 5 1/2 inch bolt pattern is the standard size for most trailer wheels.

These hubs accommodate the standard 2.441 size dust caps that you would see on 6 lug 5200-6000 lb hubs. If you have an EZ lube or Accu-lube greasable zerk fitting on your spindle you would want to consider using a 2.441 Accu-Lube Dust Cap, otherwise, you would likely want to use a Standard 2.441 Trailer Dust Cap or 2.441 Stainless Steel Bearing Buddy for 6 Trailer Hubs. If you are having difficulties getting your dust caps to seat properly, you will also want to consider using one of our 2.441 Dust Cap Installation Tools, as they can make the installation process much easier and straightforward. This 5,200 lb galvanized coated trailer hub is the perfect replacement for boat trailers or any trailer that would benefit from a new corrosion-resistant hub! Keep in mind that this listing is for the galvanized hub only, you will not receive any bearings or seal if you order just the hub, so add on the bearing kit above or purchase the 5,200 lb Bearing Kit for 6 Lug Trailer Hubs if you need to replace the bearing kit on your hub.
