Rockwell American/Alko Integral Disc Brake Kit Dacromet Coat 13 inch 8 Lug 9/16" Studs 7,000lb Axles 13 inch

This 8000lb capacity Kodiak Brake Kit is designed to fit the Rockwell American and ALKO 8k Brake Flanges. This 8 Lug Brake Kit Features the common 8 on 6.5" Bolt Pattern, but uses 9/16" diameter studs instead of the standard 1/2" studs. This means your trailer needs to have 9/16" studs and wheels that accommodate the larger studs in order for this Brake Kit to work on your trailer. If your trailer uses 1/2" studs, this kit will not fit or function properly. 

This Kit is designed to install to your Rockwell American or ALKO Axle's Brake Flange using (8) 1/2" x 1 1/2" Bolts. 

This 8 Lug Integral Brake Kit will fit the #42 Spindle, and is generally seen used on 8,000lb capacity axles.  The Bearings are not included with this Brake Kit, but the Integral Hub/Rotors will fit the Inner Bearing 25580 (1 3/4" inner diameter) and the outer bearing 02475 (1 1/4" Inner Diameter), along with a grease seal or oil seal (either 2 1/4" inner diameter, or 2 1/8" inner diameter, but most commonly they will have a 2.25" ID). This particular kit has rotors which are threaded for use with the included 2 7/8 in Threaded Trailer Oil Cap 8001 for 7,000lb - 8,000lb Hubs and Axles - Sealed Plug. If you need bearings or seals, we have a Trailer Hub Kit for 8,000 lb 8 Bolt Oil Bath Hubs, Bearings 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" (02475 x 25580) w/ Unitized Seal for all the pieces you need to get your rotor installed. This brake kit also includes 2 Calipers, each with their respective Brake Pads pre-installed, as well as the accompanying Caliper Slide Bolts. All of the parts are Dacromet Coated for Marine use and for corrosion resistance against salt water and the elements.
