Description

This 7RV trailer plug extension cord extends your trailer's wiring harness an extra 7 feet to allow for hookup to your tow vehicle. This extension cord harness is commonly used on gooseneck and fifth-wheel trailers, as the extra length is needed to extend from the extra tongue or neck of the trailer to your truck's wiring socket. The 7 way RV plug facilitates all of the functions that you need for your trailer, perfect for heavy-duty trailers with electric drum brakes or electric over hydraulic braking systems. The extension harness has a female plug to attach your trailer's male plug, and extends out to a male plug to connect to your truck side trailer plug. The 7-foot extension length is perfect for just about any application you need it for, whether that is running your truck bed's 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch or running along an extra-long tongue. The enclosed 7 wire functions and details are listed below:

White Wire: 10 Gauge Wire - Operates Ground Function and Would Typically attach to the White Wire on the Trailer.
Black Wire: 10 Gauge Wire - Operates 12 Volt Hot and Would Typically attach to the Black Wire on the Trailer.
Blue Wire - 12 Gauge - Operates the Braking Power Function and Would Typically attach to the Blue Wire on the trailer.
Red Wire - 14 Gauge - Operates the Left Turn and Brake Function and Would Typically attach to the Yellow Wire on the trailer.
Brown Wire - 14 Gauge - Operates the Right Turn and Brake Function and Would Typically attach to the Green Wire on the Trailer.
Green Wire - 14 Gauge - Operates the Tail Light Function and would typically attached to the Brown Wire on the Trailer
Yellow Wire - 14 Gauge - Operates the Auxiliary Function
