This rust and corrosion proof Stainless Steel Trailer Leaf Spring U-Bolt kit includes 4 1/2" long U-Bolts and Stainless Steel Flanged Hex Nuts for fastening to your 2" x 2" axle. The flange style nuts allow you to secure the U-Bolts and mounting plates to your trailer axle and leaf springs without needing a set of flat washers and lock washers. The Stainless Steel construction prevents rust in the harsh marine environments, so this is one of the best U-Bolt kits that you can buy for a saltwater boat trailer. This kit includes (4) 1/2 x 2 x 4 1/2 inch square Stainless Steel U-Bolts, (2) stainless steel 4 Hole Mounting Plates, and (8) Stainless Steel Flange Nuts.

This is the ideal replacement U-Bolt kit for Boat Trailers! This Kit would also be a great choice when purchasing a new axle or if you are rebuilding your trailer suspension such as leaf springs, equalizer bars, and hangers. Using stainless steel trailer u bolts will ultimately prevent the rusted mess that you might experience when using raw steel, zinc-plated bolts, or old corroded galvanized steel. These stainless steel U bolts will pay for themselves the next time around, saving you money and time. You can further extend the lifetime and reliability of your U-Bolts by applying a lithium or graphite based lubricant during installation to prevent galling or threading issues. U-bolts must be tightened using hand tools ONLY and threaded on correctly. Improper threading, use of power tools, over-tightening or tightening too fast will result in galling or sticking of the U-bolt.
