Description

This is a 4 hole weld on 8 inch height adjustable channel designed for mounting lunette style pintle rings or adjustable couplers used in extra heavy-duty towing situations. The sturdy adjustable channel is constructed of 1/2 inch thick steel, with a channel width of approximately 3 inches for compatibility with a large range of pintle rings, clevises, and other adjustable couplers. The 5/8 inch diameter mounting holes are spaced 2 inches apart on center, providing 3 different mounting positions for your coupler or pintle mount. The channel has a standard pintle channel depth of about 2 1/8", and the 21,000 lb weight capacity allows for compatibility with many sizes and styles of trailers (actual weight capacity will be determined by the coupler/attachment that use). This particular heavy duty adjustable channel is manufactured by Demco, and made right here in the USA!

This heavy-duty steel channel works great with our Demco Heavy Duty Cast Adjustable 2 5/16" Coupler or Channel Mount 25,000 lb capacity Pintle Ring. You can secure these or whatever towing accessory you end up using with two standard Pintle Bolts for Channels 5/8 inch x 4 1/2 inch.
