This U-Bolt is very commonly used on 1 1/2" Square Trailer axles as the u bolt that would mount the trailer leaf springs to the axle in a diagonal fashion. You would mostly see this u bolt on trailers with 2 Leaf Slipper springs. This Size can also be used to mount various frame components on trailers.
