This trailer u bolt is most commonly used to mount your trailers axle to your leaf springs. You would use this on the standard 2" x 2" Square tubed axles on boat trailers and utility trailers. The length of this U-Bolt makes it ideal for use with 3 Leaf and 4 Leaf trailer springs. This u bolt would be used with the 5 Hole leaf spring mounting plates.
