We welcome your Questions and Comments by Phone or through Email Contact Form. In order to better serve you and to increase the efficiency of our customer service, please have the following information if possible to get the ball rolling.
- For Product(s) Information or Questions: If possible, reference the Website Part Number or Product Title for us to better assist you. We know our Website backwards and forwards, so we see what you see, providing this information will help us dive right in to get the answers you are needing.
-For Shipping Quotes: Please use our Shopping Cart Shipping Calculator, available at the View Cart page. All you have to do is have the items you're interested in within your cart, enter your Country/State/Zip, and click 'Calculate'. This will be the most Accurate Shipping estimate. Alternatively, you could continue to checkout and enter your full street address, this will give you the actual shipping charge for your order before you enter your card information. If you cannot get a shipping estimate to your address this way, then we most likely don't have a way to ship the items in your cart to your address. For these rare occasions, please reach out to us by email, or through the contact us form above and we would be happy to further assist you.
-To Place an Order Over the Phone: While we can always start from scratch and put together your order, if you have questions about specific parts or desire to ask questions to ensure you get everything correct the first time with your order, please have a general list of the products you are interested in. You are even welcome to build the shopping cart first, and then contact us to ask about the products. We will walk you through the products step by step to guide you through the ordering process. Or, we can take the order over the phone.
-For Products not shown on Website: We do our best to offer a wide and varied selection of trailer parts for our customers, but if you come across a part you need that you don't see on our website, it's possible that we do not yet carry that item. We are happy to take your phone calls or answer emails regarding parts that you do not see in our store or on our website.
