Description

This is a galvanized steel straight heavy-duty winch post with 3" x 3" square tubing measuring 48 inches tall. This heavy-duty post mounts with 3 U-bolts to a 3 inch wide trailer tongue, and is perfect for large saltwater and freshwater boats on tandem and triple axle trailers. The hot-dipped galvanized steel tube wall is 3/16 inch thick and galvanized coated to resist rust and corrosion, so it is ideal for saltwater marine use in harsh environments. You will need U-bolts in order to properly install this winch stand to your trailer, if you have a 3" x 3" tongue for example, you would need three Galvanized Steel 1/2" x 3 1/16" x 4 5/16" Trailer U-Bolts.

Winch Posts are an important part of any boat trailer, as they provide a point to install a winch seat or winch stand which allows you to secure and center your boat onto the trailer. You will need to either replace or reuse your trailer's winch seat and make sure that this post is as similar as possible to the one you are replacing to ensure a proper fit.
