Description

This 101-inch (8 ft, 5 in) flexible trailer brake hose is constructed with sturdy rubber hosing and male inverted flare swivel ends. The brake line has two 3/16 inch male inverted flare brass fittings on either end of the hose with 3/8"- 24 thread size, sized to fit most trailer wheel cylinders, calipers, and solenoid valves. These brake hoses are perfect for boat trailers or land trailers, as the hose is UV rated to prevent deterioration from saltwater or sun exposure. The brake hose is DOT approved for hydraulic trailer brake use, so you can tow with confidence that these hoses are tested and ready to provide stopping power to your trailer whenever you need it. This length of hose is usually used to run across the axle from one caliper to a Brass Trailer Brake Cross Fitting or Brass Trailer Brake T-Fitting, but it can be used in any configuration that requires this length of hose.

These are great replacement lines for old worn-out rubber brake hoses or are a replacement for rusted-out metal lines on your boat or utility trailer. The hose is high-pressure rated for trailer drum or disc brakes using surge couplers or electric over hydraulic actuators. The end fittings swivel in place to assist with tightening and loosening the lines onto their fittings without twisting and looping the line around.
