Description

This pre-galvanized boat trailer fender mounting bracket allows you to securely mount over a selection of small plastic trailer fenders for 8 to 12 inch trailer tires. The bracket has pre-drilled mounting holes to accommodate 7-inch width boat trailer fenders with 2 1/2" center-to-center mounting holes. The brackets will mount to your trailer frame and fender with 3/8" diameter trailer bolts of your preferred length (hardware not included with brackets). These brackets are constructed of 1/8" width (11 gauge) pre-galvanized steel, meaning that the components are stamped from a pre-galvanized sheet of steel. This process means that the parts do have some measure of resistance to rust and corrosion, but you can prime and paint or re-coat the brackets to provide even better protection for trailers in saltwater marine environments. These brackets are specifically designed to fit the Black Plastic Boat Trailer Fenders for 8" - 12" Tires and Silver Plastic Boat Trailer Fenders for 8" - 12" Tires that we carry, and are shown mounted on one of the black fenders in the photos as an example.
