Autoflex-Knott 6000lb 94 inch Hub Face V Bend Galvanized 2 x 3 Trailer Axle with Pre-Installed 6 Lug Idler Hubs

This Knott 6,000lb capacity Galvanized Boat trailer axle has a V-Bend in the center for clearance with your Boat's Hull and includes pre-greased and is constructed from sturdy 2" x 3" tubing. This 6,000 lb capacity 6 lug trailer axle has a hub face measurement equal to 94". It comes equipped with Galvanized 6 Lug Idler Hubs with a 6 on 5.5 inch bolt pattern, and features a greasable spindle, along with the standard 2.441 inch Accu-Lube Style Dust Cap so you can easily add grease to the Bearings based on your maintenance schedule.  

This Axle also has a standard 5 Hole Brake Flange for installing Trailer Disc Brakes, and fits trailers that have a Spring Center Measurement of 76" to 81.5". This Axle has Adjustable Spring Seats, so we've included 2 Galvanized Bolt-On Spring Seats as a free addition as with all Knott Spring Axles to make fixing your trailer even easier.

The 6000lb capacity Galvanized Trailer Hubs are included and pre-installed on this V-bend Spring Axle.  The Trailer Hubs use a standard 6k Capacity Bearing Combination, with a 1 3/4-inch inner bearing (Bearing Number 25580) and a 1 1/4-inch outer bearing (Bearing Number 15123).  The Seal Size for this galvanized hub is 2 1/4. The Boat Trailer Hub uses the standard size lug nuts for trailer hubs and wheels, ½”x20, and the bolt pattern is 6 on 5.5 inches.  

This Galvanized Boat Trailer Axle does not include brakes, but there is a standard 5 hole brake flange so you can mount disc brakes to it, or swap out the hub to drum if you prefer.

This pre-installed hub is already greased with a Lithium Based Grease.  Additional Lithium Grease may be applied before use.
