Description

This listing is for a 4" drop Weld in Trailer Spindle that will accommodate a 5200 lb - 7000 lb Drop Trailer axle Beam and corresponding wheel bearings. This Spindle is referred to as a #42 Spindle, using a 1 3/4" ID Inner Wheel Bearing (#25580) and a 1 1/4" ID Outer Wheel Bearing (#15123 for a 5200 axle & #14125A for 7000lb axle). Additionally, this Spindle uses the standard 2.25" ID Seal Surface.

Please look at the Pictures with this listing for the exact dimensions of this Weld in Spindle. This Drop Spindle Also includes a pre welded Standard 5 Hole Brake Flange for operating Trailer Brakes as well as a grease zerk fitting that makes greasing easy.

You would purchase this item if you are planning to repair one end of your trailer axle, or build on from scratch. This Spindle Does not come with instructions for welding and proper installation. This Spindle is for an Axle that uses Leaf Springs, and is not intended to be mounted into a torsion axle.
