Description

This is a Replacement Accu-Lube Dust Cap only, which does not include the standard Replacement Accu-Lube Rubber Plug. It is designed to fit the 2.717" opening on the outside face of your Trailer Idler or Brake Hub, which would typically be 8 Lug on a 7,000lb Axle for this size Dust Cap.

This dust cap is Stainless Steel for the Ultimate Corrosion Resistance on Saltwater Boat trailers. We also offer a 2.717 Dust Cap Only Zinc Plated Version if you are looking for more of a balance between Corrosion Resistance and Cost Efficiency. These Dust Caps can be installed using a block of wood and a Large Hammer, but the job is made much easier with the use of a 2.717 Dust Cap Installation Tool that you can keep on your trailer or in your Tow Vehicle.
