This 20 inch Double Eye 3 Leaf Spring is rated to carry 1850 lbs per spring. This would bring a pair of these 20 inch Double Eye Trailer Springs to 3700 pounds. These boat trailer or land trailer springs are common on 3500 lb trailer axles.

Spring Measurements and Specs:

Eye to Eye Measurement 20 1/8 inches (Free Length Measurement)

-Does your spring measure slightly more than 20 inches, lets say 20 3/4 or so? You may have your trailer loaded, or the spring may be old and flattened out. It is not uncommon for leaf springs to measure longer than what the stock size is listed.

Free Arch Measurement (see picture) 3 1/2 inches

-The free arch measurement is based off a stock, brand new spring. Your leaf spring will more than likely be flattened out, or possibly broken.

- Leaf Spring measures 1 3/4 inches wide and comes pre-installed with a 9/16 inch bushing. 1/2 inch bushings are available as an add on for this leaf spring if your leaf spring bolts are 1/2 inch in diameter.

These springs can be used on both square tube or round tube trailer axles on boats or land trailers. The only difference is in the style of U-Bolt Required to mount the spring to the axle. If you are planning on replacing the hangers, (brackets that are either welded or bolted to frame that hold leaf spring) and shackles (2 shackles towards rear of spring assembly for single per side or 4 in the middle for tandem trailer per side) We have single and double spring hanger kits available for Weld On assemblies that include all the necessary replacement hardware. Bad Ass 20" Boat Trailer Springs

I purchased an inferior set of leaf springs that ended up being too light. I then ordered a replacement set of 20" - 3 leaf springs from Sturdy Built. These things are heavy duty and made in good ole USA! These went on my boat trailer so I gave them a good coat of paint and they installed perfectly. Trailer rebuild

Good Springs. Got the add ons- bolts shackles equalizers and bushings. Arrived in two days packaged like nothing I have ever seen. Rebuilt entire tandem axle trailer suspension from sturdybuiltonline. Thanks for meaning what you say and saying what you mean. Sturdybuiltonline is great.

Strong springs

I was very please with the delivery speed. It was difficult to find this length spring with this much load bearing capacity. These springs did the job where my last so called heavy duty springs failed miserably.

Perfect match

As with anything you buy on line there is always some reservation about fit. The advise on the web site is accurate and the products fit perfectly. Life is good when it all comes together. I must add, the best price, great web site, easy to find what I needed, and fast shipping... what more could on ole' boy ask for? Replaced (all) 4 leaf springs on a 7K Performance trailer with 3.5K axles and all the hardware as needed.

20 Inch springs

Not much to say about these other than they fit perfectly and appear well built. Getting the old ones off was the hard part. Penetrating fluid and a cutting wheel comes in very handy!
