  •  The calipers are 100% stainless steel except for the brass fittings where the brake hoses attach.  The calipers are the most important part of a disc brake set, do NOT settle for anything less than STAINLESS STEEL.

  •  Brake pads are made of ceramic so that they will not rust!  Do not buy a brake set that has semi-metalic brake pads because the pads will rust in salt water
